Meet Josh and Emily
Josh and Emily Hood founded Sterling Roofing with the goal of bringing hometown values of hard work, integrity, and quality to each roofing project. Josh loves the moment when a customer sees the finished product for the first time, with the peace of mind they now have knowing what they love most is protected. Outside of work, Josh and Emily enjoy getting outside with their three kids.

Meet Ethan
Ethan Hershberger has recently joined Sterling Roofing as a Project Manager. When not at Sterling Roofing, Ethan manages Clives Coffee Shop and Bakery and is renovating his own house. He and his wife, Ardynn, have two children. He enjoys making delicious food and playing music on his guitar. Ethan got his start in construction building storage barns, and went on to become a licensed plumber. Now after many endeavors, he is excited to join the team expanding SR.
